Analytical Tools definition

Analytical Tools includes, but is not limited to, any methodology, statistical methods, formulae or other methods or tools used in conducting the Analyses.
Analytical Tools means the resources that provide for access to information for research and evaluation purposes such as dashboards, a query builder, summaries of key student and employment outcomes, and a research library, including, but not limited to, the P20W data set.

Related to Analytical Tools

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • Development Tools means the development kits, programming tools, emulators and other materials that may be used in the development of Games under this Agreement.
