IP Materials definition

IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).
IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause 27.1;
IP Materials means all documents, software, photographic or graphic works of any type, and other materials in any medium or format which are created by or on behalf of the Executive in the course of performing his obligations under this Agreement and which are protected by or relate to Intellectual Property Rights.

Examples of IP Materials in a sentence

  • The Contractor hereby assigns to the Government, with full title guarantee, all Intellectual Property Rights which may subsist in the IP Materials referred to in Clause 15.3(b).

  • Subject to any pre-existing Intellectual Property Rights the Contractor hereby assigns to the Authority, with full title guarantee, all Intellectual Property Rights which may subsist in the IP Materials prepared in accordance with clause 23.1.2. More Definitions of IP Materials

IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause 15 (Intellectual Property Rights);
IP Materials means (i) all photographs taken during any flight by Contractor, its employees, agents, servants, suppliers or subcontractors, including without limitation, the Agent or the Security Agent, or a third party on board any SAR Aircraft; and (ii) all video and/or audio recordings made on any medium from which a moving image and/or audio file may by any means by produced, during any flight by Contractor, its employees, agents, servants, suppliers or subcontractors, including without limitation, the Agent or the Security Agent, or a third party on board any SAR Aircraft.
IP Materials all documents, records, tapes, discs, diskettes and any other materials whatsoever containing Copyright works, Know-How or Software;
IP Materials means any materials used or developed for the purposes of the Contract including any programme materials, guidance, papers and research data, results, specifications, instructions, toolkits, plans, data, drawings, databases, patents, patterns, models and designs.
