Financial Model definition

Financial Model means the financial model adopted by Senior Lenders, setting forth the capital and operating costs of the Project and revenues therefrom on the basis of which financial viability of the Project has been determined by the Senior Lenders, and includes a description of the assumptions and parameters used for making calculations and projections therein;
Financial Model means the computer model a Proponent has used and which is proposed to become the Financial Model under the Project Agreement in the format specified in Part 2 of Schedule 3 to this RFP;
Financial Model means the financial model, prepared by the Developer and approved/adopted by the Lenders for entering into the Financing Agreement with the Developer, setting forth the capital and operating costs of the Project including replacement costs, the mode of financing of such costs, revenues from the Project and the Equity IRR over the full Term of the Agreement on the basis of which financial viability of the Project has been determined by the Lenders, and includes a description of the assumptions and parameters used for making calculations and projections therein;

  • Borrower shall, as soon as available pursuant to the GCEH LLC Agreement, submit to the Administrative Agent (i) a draft of its proposed Operating Budget for the succeeding calendar year and (ii) a draft of its updated Financial Model on a quarterly basis over a period ending no sooner than the Maturity Date.

  • Any such Operating Budget and updated Financial Model submitted by Borrower shall not be effective until approved pursuant to the GCEH LLC Agreement.

Financial Model means the tool described at Section 6.0 of Exhibit C to the ITP that a Proposer will use to calculate projections in support of its Financial Proposal.
