Cloud Materials definition
Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

More Definitions of Cloud Materials
Cloud Materials mean any materials produced by SAP as part of the provision of contractual services, including the materials produced as a result of providing Support or Consulting Services for OEM. Cloud Materials include materials created in cooperation with OEM, but do not include any OEM data, Confidential Information of OEM, or the Service. For clarity, some SAP services may be performed under a statement of work. If so, the statement of work will be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Cloud Materials means any software, APIs or other materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Partner’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Partner or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Partner Confidential Information, or the Cloud Service.
Cloud Materials means any materials re- lated to SAP Cloud Services produced by or with SAP pursuant to this Agreement or a Cloud Service Order Form.
Cloud Materials as defined in the GTC also includes (a) the structure and organization of all Cloud Service output (but not any Customer Data itself), (b) for each Customer environment of a Cloud Service, the setup, configuration, and all Routines, (c) any other technology provided by Concur in connection with the Cloud Service to enable Customer to perform configuration.

Work Product includes works created for or in cooperation with OEM or its End Users, but does not include any Data, OEM Confidential Information, Custom Platform Applications or the Cloud Service. For clarity, some SAP services may be performed under a statement of work. If so, the statement of work will be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
