The foregoing shall not be deemed to affect the rights, if any, of the Government in any such property or to grant any rights to Purchaser in conflict with DFARS 252.227-7013, Rights in Technical Data Noncommercial Items, DFARS 252.227-7014 Rights in Noncommercial Computer Software and Noncommercial Computer Software Documentation, or DFARS 252.227-7015 Technical Data- Commercial Items.

Software delivered or otherwise furnished to the Government with restricted rights shall be marked with the following legend: RESTRICTED RIGHTS Contract No.Contractor NameContractor Address The Government's rights to use, modify, reproduce, release, perform, display, or disclose this software are restricted by paragraph (b)(3) of the Rights in Noncommercial Computer Software and Noncommercial Computer Software Documentation clause contained in the above identified contract.
