The Authorized Users definition

The Authorized Users those persons who have access, including remote access, to and use of the Databases through the networks of Licensee's Members, object of this Agreement, in their relationship with the Licensee's Members. Those persons can only be: All staff members employed by the Licensee's Members, including temporary staff members Students accredited by the Licensee's Members; registered users of the library Independent academic users residing in Germany that will register with the Bayerische Staatsbibliothek and access the Databases via password-controlled access by the Bavarian State Library Visitors consulting the Databases on-site, in one of the Licensee's Members libraries/or on the campuses, excluding remote access from outside campus or library buildings.

Examples of The Authorized Users in a sentence

Related to The Authorized Users

  • Authorized Users means an individual or individuals with an authorized business requirement to access DSHS Confidential Information.

  • Authorized User means one named employee, contractor or agent of Customer (each identified by a unique email address) for whom Customer has purchased a subscription to the Subscription Services and who is authorized by Customer to access and use the Services under the rights granted to Customer pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Authorised Users means those employees, agents and independent contractors of Customer or a Customer Affiliate who have been authorised by Customer to use the Products in accordance with these Terms.

As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Registered User means a person who is for the time being registered as such under section 49;

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Users means your employees, representatives, consultants, contractors or agents who are authorized to use the Subscription Service for your benefit and have unique user identifications and passwords for the Subscription Service.

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Named User means a named individual authorized to use the Software (or any portion thereof) regardless of whether the individual is actively using the Software at any given time; a non-human operated device will be counted as one or multiple Named User(s) (depending on the nature of operation) in addition to all individuals authorized to use the Software; and “Permitted Users“ means Named Users, concurrent Users or other types of Users being authorized to use the Software, as set forth in the applicable Notification Form.

  • Designated User means any person(s) that you authorise as users of your Broadband service.
