Contractor’s Staff Identification. Contractor shall provide, at Contractor’s expense, all staff providing services under this Contract with a photo identification badge.

Such individuals may be asked to leave the County Facility by a County representative if they do not have the proper County ID badge on their person.

Contractor employees assigned to County facilities shall wear appropriate attire for the work being performed at all times consistent with Contractor’s policies, union rules and California OSHA safety requirements. Contractor shall ensure their employees are appropriately identified as set forth in this Paragraph 7.9.
