User ID and Password. You will be assigned a personal User ID and a Password that you will use to obtain access to the Online Banking. You authorize us to follow any instructions entered through the Service using your User ID and Password. Because your User ID and Password can be used to access your Accounts and to access information about these Accounts, you should treat your User ID and Password with the same degree of care and secrecy that you use to protect your ATM security code and other sensitive financial data. We may ask you to change your User ID and Password from time to time for security reasons. You agree not to use any language that is abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or threatening when defining your Password or any other personalization of your Accounts.
User ID and Password. Member is responsible for ensuring the security of their User ID and Password for accessing the benefits of committee membership. Passwords and User IDs are the property of SAE-ITC; however, it is the responsibility of the Member to secure their confidentiality. SAE-ITC reserves the right to assign a new Password (and disable rights to old Password) from time to time.
User ID and Password. During the registration process for your Product you created a user id and password that allows you to have access to the Services through the Website. You will not provide your user id or password to access Services to any other person or entity or allow any other person or entity to access Services provided to you under your user id and password. You agree that you are solely responsible for any actions that occur under your user id and password. In the event that your user id and password becomes known by a third party you agree to immediately change your password and to notify Company immediately.
User ID and Password. ID and Password; Confidentiality of Password. All Glenwood State Bank Online Banking transactions or inquiries must be initiated by use of your Glenwood State Bank Online Banking Identification (User ID) and Password. During the first initial logon session, you will be required to create a user ID and password. You will be required to enter the email address that the bank has on file for you. For use with all future logins, you will need to either establish a phone number to receive a security code text or call to be sent to you, or enroll in an authy app to obtain a security code. Going forward, passwords for Glenwood State Bank Online Banking can be changed online at any time. Online passwords are case sensitive and must be at least 8 characters, including a minimum of one number, one alpha character and one special character. We recommend that you change your Password frequently to prevent unauthorized use of your account. It is recommended that you do not use your social security number, birthdays, names, or other codes that may be easy for others to determine as your Password. YOU AGREE TO KEEP YOUR PASSWORD CONFIDENTIAL. USE OF THE PASSWORD BY YOU OR BY ANY OTHER PERSON WITH YOUR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE CONSIDERED THE SAME AS YOUR WRITTEN SIGNATURE AUTHORIZING US TO COMPLETE ANY TRANSACTION OR REQUEST COMMUNICATED THROUGH GLENWOOD STATE BANK ONLINE BANKING. If you authorize another person to use your Password, that person can use Glenwood State Bank Online Banking to view any information or initiate any transaction on any of the accounts to the same extent as you, including viewing information or in itiating transactions on accounts to which that person does not otherwise have access. As such, your sharing of your Password is strongly discouraged by the Bank, and done at your own risk. If a third party should gain access to your Password, you alone are responsible for changing the Password so as to deny the t xxxx party's access to your banking information. Given the electronic nature of these transactions, the Bank shall have no liabili ty to you in the event a third party should gain access to your Password through no fault of the Bank. You should always exit Glenwood State Bank Online Banking after you finish viewing your accounts. Never leave your computer unattended while accessing Glenwood State Bank Online Banking. If you do, a third party may be able to access your accounts from your terminal, without ever needing to use your Password.
User ID and Password. Data Recipient agrees that it shall protect the secrecy of any user ID or password used by or issued to Data Recipient in connection with the receipt of Market Data. Data Recipient acknowledges that (i) the Exchange shall be entitled to treat any order, instruction, or inquiry forwarded to the Exchange using any such Data Recipient user ID or password as having originated from Data Recipient, (ii) Data Recipient shall be financially responsible for any such order or request for Market Data, and (iii) Data Recipient must immediately notify the Exchange if any such Data Recipient user ID or password is lost or stolen or someone has gained unauthorized access to that user ID or password.
User ID and Password. MLSOK shall provide Subscriber a user identification and password to participate in and access the MLS Content, the MLSOK System and the MLSOK Services. Each token, user ID and password shall be personal to the individual and may not be used by any other person. Subscriber shall be responsible for the security and safe keeping of its token, if applicable, and its password.
User ID and Password. Each Agency Data User will be assigned or create a User ID and password. Agency and each Agency Data User shall protect the confidentiality of User IDs and passwords and shall not divulge them to any other person(s). Agency is responsible for the security of the User IDs and passwords issued to or created by Agency Data Users and is liable for any misuse.
User ID and Password. Subscriber shall protect the secrecy of any user ID or password used by or issued to Subscriber in connection with the receipt of Market Data. Subscriber acknowledges that (i) the Exchange shall be entitled to treat any order, instruction, or inquiry forwarded to the Exchange using any such Subscriber user ID or password as having originated from Subscriber, (ii) Subscriber shall be financially responsible for any such order or request for Market Data and
User ID and Password. In addition to the hardware and software requirements above and having an Account with us, in order to use Alliance eBanking you must have a User ID and Password. The first time you log into Alliance eBanking, you will be required to change the assigned Password and choose a Password known only to you containing a combination of alpha and numeric characters. The Password must be at least six characters and no more than 16 characters. You may change your Password through Alliance eBanking at any time, and we recommend that you change your Password regularly and memorize it. Once you have changed your Password, we will not be able to tell you what it is. Because your User ID and Password are the principal security measures to protect access to your Accounts, you agree to keep all User ID and Password information confidential and to take all reasonable precautions to protect the secrecy of this information. You understand and acknowledge that no person from the Bank will ever ask for your Password. You therefore agree never to provide your Password to anyone claiming to represent us. If you give your User ID or Password or make it available to another person, you authorize that person to access your Accounts through Alliance eBanking and to give the Bank instructions relating to your Accounts as an authorized user. You also authorize us to comply with those instructions even if that person exceeds your authorization or if that person is not a signatory on the Account signature card. The Bank has no responsibility for establishing the identity of any person who uses your Password. You agree that you are liable for any transaction received by the Bank that includes your Password. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law or regulation, you will be deemed to have expressly authorized any Alliance eBanking transaction facilitated through the Service:
User ID and Password. You agree not to voluntarily disclose or otherwise make your User ID and Password available to anyone that is not authorized to withdraw funds from your accounts. You agree not to store your User ID and Password in a conspicuous place. You understand your liability for unauthorized use of your Password is set forth in Section 15 below. If you permit other persons to use your User ID and Password to access Online Banking, you are responsible for any resulting transactions to or from your Accounts and we will not be liable for and will not reimburse you for any losses that may occur as a result.
