Xxxx Plan. No Borrower Party shall, and no Borrower Party shall permit any of its Subsidiaries to, enter into any key employee incentive or retention plan, or other similar plan or agreement (any such agreement, a “XXXX”), unless such XXXX has been approved in writing by the Majority Lenders.

Xxxx Plan supplements EI benefits during a leave for maternity, parental, or adoption leave of absence. The plan applies to the health-related maternity leave period of an approved leave that begins immediately post-delivery for a Member in receipt of EI maternity benefits. The XXXX plan applies to a portion of the thirty-five (35) weeks a Member on an approved parental or adoption leave is in receipt of EI parental or adoption benefits.

Xxxx Plan. Save in respect of Awards held by two participants over an aggregate of 10,417 Target Shares as at 14 June 2023 (based on data received by Target from its external plan administrator), all Awards under the XXXX Plan are as at the date of this Agreement already exercisable. All subsisting Awards under the XXXX Plan (whether already exercisable or not) may, in accordance with the XXXX Plan rules, be exercised with effect from Court Sanction, following which any Awards which are not exercised within 20 days of the Effective Date will lapse (save that this provision shall not extend the normal lapse date of any XXXX Plan Award).
Xxxx Plan. The Board shall contribute 1.125% of the Superintendent’s annual base salary to the Superintendent’s JCSC VEBA plan. The Board’s annual contribution to the Superintendent’s plan shall never be below 1.125% of the Superintendent’s base salary in effect at the time of the annual contribution, but such annual contribution may be greater than 1.125% of the Superintendent’s base salary in effect at the time of the annual contribution.
Xxxx Plan. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the work of WP 6 – “Socio- environmental benefits of seaweed farming”, especially implementing Task 6.3: “Quantify and modelize the benefits of seaweed cultivation, using the ecosystem services approach”, namely performing the economic valuation of ecosystem services, and combining monetary and non-monetary values in a deliberative valuation. The candidate will also be supporting the analysis of the results and writing reports, as well as writing the scientific papers.
