The Tenderer definition

The Tenderer means the individual or firm supplying the Goods under this Contract.
The Tenderer means the person(s) submitting its Tender for the supply, installation and commissioning (where applicable) of the goods in response to the Invitation to Tender.
The Tenderer means the person(s) submitting its Tender for the performance of Works in response to the Invitation to Tender. This may include a business name, joint venture, private or public company, government owned institution or any combination of one or more of them.
