Target Shares definition

Target Shares means the common shares in the capital of Target;
Target Shares means all of the registered shares of Target.
Target Shares means all of the issued and unconditionally allotted ordinary shares in the Target and any further such shares which may be issued or unconditionally allotted pursuant to the exercise of any subscription or conversion rights, options or otherwise.

Target Shares means all of the issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of the Target at the date of the offer.
