Verification of Compliance. Upon termination of employment, Employee shall, at the request of Employer and for no additional consideration, verify in writing and under oath, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, his compliance with the provisions of this Agreement relating to Intellectual Property and Confidential Information. This provision shall not give rise to any claim by Employee for severance pay or other payments upon Employee’s termination of employment.
Verification of Compliance. The Licensee must complete and sign the Child Protection Declarations as required under the CP Act or by the Licensor. The Licensee must verify workers Working with Children Check clearance numbers where required under the CP Act.
Verification of Compliance. A Cable Operator shall establish its compliance with any or all of the standards required through annual reports that demonstrate said compliance, or as requested by the Franchising Authority.
Verification of Compliance. At the conclusion of the process, the individual team members (referenced in 18.3) will review the documents submitted by the Residential Faculty member to indicate his/her performance and goals in the areas outlined in the FEP and then discuss them with the Faculty member. An “FEP Summary Endorsement Sheet” will be signed by the individual team members and also by the Department/Division Chair and appropriate Vice President, or designee, to verify the work and indicate compliance with the process. A copy of the FEP Summary Endorsement Sheet will be filed with the appropriate Vice President or designee.
Verification of Compliance a) Upon notice and request from Registry, Registrar shall provide within seven (7) business days copies of the Registration Agreements or evidence of its acceptance by any of the Registrants.
Verification of Compliance. Licensee agrees that authorized 3Com representatives with twenty-four hours advance notice may inspect the Prototype Site, use of the Prototype, copies of other Confidential Information and Licensee's Prototype access log during Licensee's normal business hours in order to verify that Licensee is complying with its obligations under this Agreement.
Verification of Compliance. Upon ten days’ written notice, LRI may audit Customer’s use of the Software Product. Customer agrees to cooperate with LRI’s audit and provide reasonable assistance and access to information. Customer agrees to pay within thirty days of written notification any underpaid fees. If Customer does not pay, LRI can terminate this Agreement and Customer’s use of the Software Product.
Verification of Compliance. The Principal reserves the right to verify and audit compliance with the Practice Guide and this Annexure. The Contractor must, upon reasonable notice, provide the Principal or its agents, with access at any reasonable time and from time to time to the Site, the Contractor’s premises, financial records, other documents, equipment and other property for the purpose of audit and inspection by the Principal in order to verify compliance by the Contractor with the Practice Guide and this Annexure.
Verification of Compliance. Consultant shall furnish City with original policies or certificates and endorsements effecting coverage required by this Agreement. The endorsements are to be signed by a person authorized by the insurer to bind coverage on its behalf. All endorsements are to be received and approved by City before work commences. Not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the expiration date of any policy of insurance required by this Agreement, Consultant shall deliver to City a binder or certificate of insurance with respect to each renewal policy, bearing a notation evidencing payment of the premium therefore, or accompanied by other proof of payment satisfactory to City. Consultant shall provide full copies of any requested policies to City within three (3) days of any such request by City.
Verification of Compliance. Verification of compliance involves checks that all the requirements of the VPA legality definition and supply chain controls have been met to ensure that timber products are legal.
