EFFECT OF COMPLIANCE. Compliance with and fulfillment of this Agreement shall be deemed to resolve all issues raised in the NOV.

Upon the Respondents successful completion of the requirements set forth in this Agreement, the RIDEM shall issue a Release and Discharge of the NOV and the Agreement to the Respondents for recording. The recordings shall be at the sole expense of the Respondents.
EFFECT OF COMPLIANCE. Guarantor's compliance with any of the provisions of this Guaranty will not reduce or affect in any manner the liability of Guarantor under the any of the other provisions of this Guaranty.

Upon Respondents’ successful completion of the requirements set forth in this Agreement and payment of any noncompliance penalties resulting from the failure to comply, RIDEM shall issue a Release and Discharge of the NOV and the Consent Agreement to the Respondents for recording in the Land Evidence Records of the Town of West Greenwich.

Upon Respondents' successful completion of the requirements set forth in this Agreement, RIDEM shall, upon written requesi by Respondent, issue a Release and Discharge of diis Agreement to Respondent for recording in the Cranston Land Evidence Records, at which time any and all remaining penalties assessed in die NOV shall be deemed waived.
EFFECT OF COMPLIANCE. Compliance with and fulfillment of this Agreement shall be deemed to resolve all issues raised in the NOV. Within 7 days of RIDEM receiving notification from Respondent that the conditions set forth in this Agreement have been satisfied and RIDEM’s confirmation of such, RIDEM shall issue a Release and Discharge of the NOV and Consent Agreement to XxxXxxxxx for recording. The recordings shall be at the sole expense of XxxXxxxxx.
EFFECT OF COMPLIANCE. Compliance with and fulfillment of this Agreement shall be deemed to resolve all issues raised in the NOV. Upon Colbea’s successful completion of the requirements set forth in this Agreement, the RIDEM shall issue a Release and Discharge of the Agreement to Colbea for recording with Providence. The recording shall be at the sole expense of Colbea.
EFFECT OF COMPLIANCE. Compliance with and fulfillment of this Agreement shall frilly resolve all issuesraisedin the ICO, dated February 2, 1998 and the NOV, dated April 8, 1998. Upon Respondents' successful completion of the requirements set forth in this Agreemem, RIDEM shall, upon written request by one or more of the Respondents, Release this Agreement from the Cranston Land Evidence Records.
