VENDORS MANUAL. This Contract is subject to the provisions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act and any revisions thereto, which are hereby incorporated into this Contract in their entirety except as amended or superseded herein. The appeals procedures set forth in the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services Administrative Practices and Procedures Manual, Chapter Five (5), Contractual Services are applicable to these services.   • Operations Manual The Franchisor agrees to loan to the Franchisee one or more manuals, technical bulletins, cookbooks and recipes and other written materials (collectively referred to as “Operations Manual”) covering Factory Candy ordering, Store Candy manufacturing, processing and stocking and other operating and in-store marketing techniques for the ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY Store. The Franchisee agrees that it shall comply with the Operations Manual as an essential aspect of its obligations under this Agreement, that the Operations Manual shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by reference and failure by the Franchisee to substantially comply with the Operations Manual may be considered by the Franchisor to be a breach of this Agreement.

  • Policy Manual The bargaining agent shall be furnished, upon request, a current copy of any official policy of the employer relating to the terms or conditions of employment of employees in the bargaining unit.

  • Provider Manual The Provider Manual shall be a comprehensive online reference tool for the Provider and staff regarding, but not limited to, administrative, prior authorization, and referral processes, claims and encounter submission processes, continuity of care requirements, and plan benefits. The Provider Manual shall also address topics such as clinical practice guidelines, availability and access standards, care management programs and Enrollee rights.

  • Project Manual A bound manual prepared by the Design Professional. It includes the Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, the Bid Form, the Specifications, the General Conditions and Supplementary General Conditions.

  • Operational Manual (a) The Multiplex Licensee agrees to develop an operational manual in consultation with all Access Seekers to deal with technical and operational matters that arise under or in connection with this Agreement, or the supply of the Multiplex Transmission Service (Operational Manual).

  • Maintenance Manual No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.

  • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • Design Guidelines The Owner’s “Design Guidelines” are as published on the Owner’s website (xxxx://xxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/for-vendors/design-guidelines/). In addition to providing a guide to be used in the preparation of design documents for the Owner’s construction projects, the Design Guidelines also contain regulatory code compliance and other Owner requirements. The “Effective Date” (as noted in Section 2.7 of the Design Guidelines), determining which edition will be used for a given project, is set at the beginning of Design Development and will govern the preparation of construction documents for the project unless noted otherwise. Compliance with the Design Guidelines does not relieve the Design Professional from any of its responsibility.

  • Policies, Guidelines, Directives and Standards Either the LHIN or the MOHLTC will give the HSP Notice of any amendments to the manuals, guidelines or policies identified in Schedule C. An amendment will be effective in accordance with the terms of the amendment. By signing a copy of this Agreement the HSP acknowledges that it has a copy of the documents identified in Schedule C.

  • Handbook A. The Contractor shall provide beneficiaries with a copy of the handbook and provider directory when the beneficiary first accesses services and thereafter upon request. (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 9, § 1810.360.)
