No Kickbacks. Neither Consultants nor any of its directors, officers or Consultant Personnel shall obtain any kickbacks or benefits for itself, themselves or other clients as a result of any Municipality purchases or transactions.
No Kickbacks. There is no agreement between Mortgage Broker/Correspondent and any other person or entity for the payment of any referral fee, rebate, bonus, kickback or other payment, and no payment of such referral fee, rebate, bonus, kickback or other payment has been or will be made to any person, including, but not limited to, the Borrower and/or Mortgage Broker/Correspondent.

No Kickbacks. City has not paid any money or other valuable consideration for Company to include the Footage in its Production. The following provision is required by Salt Lake City Code: REPRESENTATION REGARDING ETHICAL STANDARDS FOR CITY OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES AND FORMER CITY OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES The bidder, offeror, or contractor represents that it has not: (1) provided an illegal gift or payoff to a city officer or employee or former city officer or employee, or his or her relative or business entity; (2) retained any person to solicit or secure this contract upon an agreement or understanding for a commission, percentage, or brokerage or contingent fee, other than bona fide employees or bona fide commercial selling agencies for the purpose of securing business; (3) knowingly breached any of the ethical standards set forth in the city's conflict of interest ordinance, Chapter 2.44, Salt Lake City Code; or (4) knowingly influenced, and hereby promises that it will not knowingly influence, a city officer or employee or former city officer or employee to breach any of the ethical standards set forth in the city's conflict of interest ordinance, Chapter 2.44, Salt Lake City Code.
No Kickbacks. No part of the payment of any amounts payable under this Agreement will be distributed to Buyer, its affiliates or customers, or any of its employees or their family members.
No Kickbacks. Neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries, nor, to the knowledge of the Company, any director, officer or employee of the Company or any of its subsidiaries acting for or on behalf of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, has paid or caused to be paid, directly or indirectly, in connection with the business of the Company or any of its subsidiaries, (i) any bribe, kickback or other similar payment to any Governmental Entity or any agent of any supplier or customer, except for payments to V. Corp and its affiliates that were in compliance with applicable law, or (ii) any contribution to any political party or candidate (other than from personal funds of directors, officers or employees not reimbursed by their respective employers or in compliance with applicable law).
No Kickbacks. Neither the Company nor its subsidiary has, in violation of any Applicable Law, (A) offered, authorized, promised, made or agreed to make gifts of money, other property, or anything of value to any actual or potential customer, supplier, governmental employee, Medicare or Medicaid beneficiary, or any person in a position to assist or hinder the Company or its subsidiary in connection with any actual or proposed transaction, except as would not result in a Material Adverse Effect; or (B) maintained any unrecorded fund or asset of the Company or its subsidiary for any improper purpose or made any false entries on its books and records for any reason.
No Kickbacks. University affirms that neither it nor anyone acting on its behalf gave or agreed to give anything of value to any member of Company’s staff, anyone associated with the Picture or any representative of Company (except the use of the Property as set forth herein) to induce Company to use the Property in connection with the Picture.
