Procedures Manual definition

Procedures Manual means the standards and procedures manual described in Section 11.3.
Procedures Manual means a detailed procedures manual prepared by the Parties for implementing the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Procedures Manual. A separate document, not part of this Service Agreement, which provides detailed procedures and guidance for the administration of the Service Agreement. In case of conflict between the Procedures Manual and the Service Agreement, the Service Agreement will prevail.

More Definitions of Procedures Manual

Procedures Manual has the meaning given in Section 8.3(a).
Procedures Manual means the Recipient’s manual, referred to in Section I.C.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and such term includes any schedules to said manual.
