Section 7.19. 20 Casual Labor positions may be employed up to sixty (60) working days annually during time school is not 21 in session (Winter, Spring, and Summer break). Casual Labor positions may not be utilized to replace any 22 regular employee, as per Schedule A. However, Casual Labor positions may be employed to replace x 23 regular employee, as per Schedule A, who is temporarily filling a higher classification in accordance with 24 Section 7.18 of the Agreement. All Casual Labor positions must work under the direct supervision of x 25 regular classified employee, as per Schedule A.
Section 7.19. 10 Transportation employees interested in substituting in food service for absent co-workers in addition to 11 their regular transportation assignment may sign up annually by seniority. Employees must provide 12 their available times and current phone numbers.
Section 7.19. If a run or route is interrupted on a short term basis, the driver may be used on the same 7 day the time is lost for other work that matches as closely as possible the driver’s interrupted run or 8 route hours. 10 Section 7.20. Standby Time. When the amount of time between two established runs or trips is 11 forty-five (45) minutes or less, the driver will remain in a paid, standby status. All drivers standing 12 by shall be available to be assigned work. Minimum pay for runs, per Sections 7.11 and 7.12, is 13 applied separately and not used to calculate standby time.

It is not the intention for this article to 24 apply to other School District facilities.
Section 7.19. The following new Section 7.19 is added to the Credit Agreement to read in its entirety as follows:
Section 7.19. 1. 26 Additional hours are hours permanently added to an employee’s assignment.
Section 7.19. 2 When nonstudent day’s impact an employees contracted time, the employee will be required to make 3 up the contracted time. A schedule will be determined between the employee and the immediate 4 supervisor, with the immediate supervisor having final approval of the schedule.
