Vacations Carry Over. An employee may request, in writing, to carry over vacation to the next vacation year to a maximum of ten (10) days, upon receiving the approval of the Administrator. Any carry-over must be taken within the first three (3) months of the next vacation year.

Vacations Carry Over. Employees shall be permitted to carry a maximum of five (5) vacation days from one year to the next. In exceptional circumstances more than five days’ pay may be carried over subject to operational requirements and Employer approval. Employees who fail to schedule their vacation by September 30 of the year it was to be taken may have their remaining vacation scheduled by the Employer.

  • Vacation Carry Over (a) A regular employee may carry over up to five (5) days vacation leave per year except that such vacation carryover shall not exceed ten (10) days at any time. An employee shall not receive pay in lieu of vacation time, except upon retirement or termination. All vacation time not requested for scheduling or carryover by three (3) months prior to the end of the vacation year will be scheduled by the Employer following consultation with the employee.
