Minimum Vacation. Upon request, the Employee with less than three (3) weeks of earned vacation may be granted sufficient leave of absence without pay to allow a minimum of three (3) weeks vacation.

Minimum Vacation. An employee shall receive vacation entitlement in a consecutive two (2) week period. Additional week(s) may be taken concurrently, upon mutual agreement.

  • VACATION AND VACATION PAY 9.01 All employees who are covered under this Agreement shall receive vacation pay as a percent of the employee's total earnings exclusive of the Employer's contribution to the Union's Benefit Plan.
