Updates. Customer may order new software versions, releases or maintenance updates (“Updates”), if available, separately or through an HP software support agreement. Additional licenses or fees may apply for these Updates or for the use of the software in an upgraded environment. Updates are subject to the license terms in effect at the time that HP makes them available to Customer.
Updates. Each Affected Person agrees that if any form or certification it previously delivered pursuant to this Section 5.03 expires or becomes obsolete or inaccurate in any respect, it shall update such form or certification or promptly notify the Borrower and the Administrative Agent in writing of its legal inability to do so.
Updates. “Updates” are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates may include: Centralized Contract changes and updates made in accordance with the previously approved pricing formula (e.g. discount from list price); adding new products or services within the established, previously approved pricing structure; lowering pricing of products or services already on Contract, deleting products or services available through the Centralized Contract, adding product or service that do not fall under the previously established price structure or discounts under the Contract, re-bundled products, and other updates not listed above that are deemed to be in the best interest of the State and do not result in a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. Updates must be submitted to OGS for review, and must be accompanied by a justification of reasonableness of price if the change results in a change in pricing methodology. OGS will notify Contractor in writing if approved.

Company may from time to time in its sole discretion develop and provide Application updates, which may include upgrades, bug fixes, patches, other error corrections, and/or new features (collectively, including related documentation, “Updates”). Updates may also modify or delete in their entirety certain features and functionality. You agree that Company has no obligation to provide any Updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality. Based on your Mobile Device settings, when your Mobile Device is connected to the internet either:
Updates. The terms of this Agreement will govern any updates that replace and/or supplement the original Software, unless such update is accompanied by a separate license in which case the terms of that license will govern.

Customer acknowledges that the use of the Services may periodically require updates and/or changes to certain Licensed Software resident in the Comcast Equipment or Customer-Provided Equipment. If Comcast has agreed to provide updates and changes, Comcast may perform such updates and changes remotely or on-site, at Comcast’s sole option. Customer hereby consents to, and shall provide free access for, such updates deemed reasonably necessary by Comcast.

Microsoft may need to update your system to provide you with updates. You agree to receive these automatic updates without any additional notice. Updates may not include or support all existing software features, services, or peripheral devices.

The User further agrees that all Updates are deemed part of the Application and are subject to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Updates. Licensor will provide regular system and project updates to Licensee and Participating Institutions as they become available. No additional fee shall be charged for updates.
