Common use of Updates Clause in Contracts

Updates. If the Term of this Agreement is longer than one year and Contractor’s QHPs are certified for another year, the Monthly Rates for each subsequent year of the Agreement will be established no more frequently than annually during the Certification Process and in accordance with the procedures set forth at and Section 4.5.
