Research Reports Sample Clauses
Research Reports. Distributor acknowledges that Dealer may prepare research reports relating to the Fund that are not to be used for marketing purposes (“Research Reports”). Distributor hereby authorizes Dealer to use the name of the Fund and Distributor in Research Reports. Dealer agrees to provide such Research Reports to Distributor upon Distributor’s request.
Research Reports. The Contractor shall research existing Government-wide contracts for available products and services. Contractor shall evaluate different approaches to and sources for acquisition support. Contractor shall research available suppliers and compare the services and costs of obtaining support from difference providers. Information gathered shall be provided in a report form for use the development of a procurement plan. Contractor shall provide advice and recommendation for all elements in acquisition plans, including approaches, options, strategies, risks, contracting methods, competition, sources, cost, milestone schedule, etc. Research existing Government-wide contracts for available products and services. Research Reports. Penn hereby grants Sponsor a royalty-free, nontransferable, non-exclusive right to copy, reproduce and distribute any research reports furnished to Sponsor under this Agreement, or any excerpts or portions thereof. Sponsor may not charge fees for said research reports, use said research reports for advertising or promotional activities, or alter or modify said research reports (other than creating excerpts or portions thereof) without the prior written permission of Penn.
Research Reports. Except as by mutually agreed by the Company and the Manager, the Company and the Manager agree that no sales of Shares shall take place, and the Company shall not request the sale of any Shares to be sold, and the Manager shall not effect any such sale under this Agreement if the Manager had issued a research report with respect to the Company or its securities within three (3) days prior thereto.
Research Reports. Surface will keep the JRC informed regarding the progress of Research activities for the Option Target Research Programs during the Research Term, including a review of results and progress against timelines in the applicable Option Target Research Plan on a [***] basis.

Surface will keep the JRC informed regarding the progress of Research activities for the T1 Research Program during the Research Term, including a review of results and progress against timelines in the T1 Research Plan on a [***] basis. Following any dissolution of the JRC, Surface will continue to provide Novartis with written updates on its and its Related Parties’ ongoing Research activities with respect to any TI Antibody Candidate on a [***] basis.
Research Reports. The University shall furnish to Sponsor during the term of this Agreement periodic informal reports regarding the progress of the Research. A final report setting forth the significant research findings shall be prepared by the University and submitted to Sponsor within a reasonable period following the expiration of the Term or the effective date of early termination. The University shall hold such reports in confidence subject to its rights under Section 6. The Sponsor shall hold such reports in confidence pursuant to Section 7.
Research Reports. Distributor acknowledges that CGMI may prepare research reports relating to the Fund that are not to be used for marketing purposes (“Research Reports”). Distributor hereby authorizes CGMI to use the name of the Fund, the Distributor and BAAM in Research Reports.
Research Reports. Icagen and Abbott each shall keep the JRC fully informed as to all discoveries and technical developments made by or for it under the Research Program. Icagen and Abbott each shall prepare and distribute to the JRC a reasonably-detailed written summary report at such times, in such form and setting forth such information regarding the Research Program as determined from time to time by the JRC.

The Electronic Services make available analyst research and opinions (“Research Reports”) that may be prepared by an Information Provider or by various third party investment bankers or other entities providing analysis, research and opinions (“Third Party Research Providers”). We do not endorse or approve Research Reports prepared by Third Party Research Providers and only make such Research Reports available to you as a service and convenience. We and our Third Party Research Providers do not (1) guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or correct sequencing of the Research Reports, or (2) warrant any results from your use of the Research Reports. The Research Reports have been prepared as of the date indicated and may become unreliable for various reasons including, for example, changes in market or economic circumstances. All such Research Reports are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We and each of our Research Providers is not obligated to update any information or opinions contained in any Research Report or to continue to offer Information or Research Reports regarding any company or security. You acknowledge that recommendations in the Research Reports to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise consider particular securities are not, and should not be construed as, recommendations or advice to you designed to meet your particular objectives or financial situation. From time to time, we and our Research Providers may be unable to provide Research Reports with respect to certain companies with which we and/or our Research Providers, or their respective affiliates have certain business relationships.
