Upgrades. If the Software Product is labeled as an upgrade, you must be properly licensed to use a product identified by Microsoft as being eligible for the upgrade to use the Software Product. A Software Product labeled as an upgrade replaces and/or supplements the product that formed the basis for your eligibility for the upgrade. You may use the resulting upgraded product only in accordance with the terms of this Student XXXX. If the Software Product is an upgrade of a component of a package of software programs that you licensed as a single product, the Software Product may be used only as part of that single product package and may not be separated for use on more than one computer. All operating system licenses provided under this Student XXXX are upgrade Licenses. No full operating system licenses are available under your school’s volume licensing agreement with Microsoft.
Upgrades. If this copy of the Software is an upgrade from an earlier version of the Software, it is provided to you on a license exchange basis. You agree by your installation and use of such copy of the Software to voluntarily terminate your earlier XXXX and that you will not continue to use the earlier version of the Software or transfer it to another person or entity unless such transfer is pursuant to Section 3.
Upgrades. The Software includes all updates or supplements to the Software and this Section 19 applies to all such updates or supplements, unless the BNPP Entities provide other terms along with the update or supplement.
Upgrades. To use upgrade software, you must first be licensed for the software that is eligible for the upgrade. Upon upgrade, this agreement takes the place of the agreement for the software you upgraded from. After you upgrade, you may no longer use the software you upgraded from.
Upgrades. 9.1 If Licensee’s use of Software falls under paragraph (i) of section 4(a), Licensor will provide all generally available Software Upgrades to Licensee free of charge until termination of this Agreement as set forth in section 13.

After installing the upgrade, you may no longer use the original software that formed the basis for your upgrade eligibility, except as part of the upgraded software. Upgrades. (a) Licensor may, from time to time and at its discretion, provide generally available new versions of Software to Licensee through Licensor’s web site at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Upgrades. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade from another product, whether from Investintech or another supplier, You may use or transfer the SOFTWARE PRODUCT only in conjunction with that upgraded product, unless You destroy the upgraded product. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade of an Investintech product, You now may use that upgraded product only in accordance with this ISLA. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade of a component of a package of software programs that You licensed as a single product, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be used and transferred only as part of that single product package and may not be separated for use on more than one Computer.
Upgrades. Notwithstanding any other terms in this Agreement, if the Software is licensed as an upgrade or update, then the latest update or upgrade that you download and install replaces the Software previously licensed. You agree that the upgrade or update and the associated license keys does not constitute the granting of a second license to the Software (i.e., you may not use the upgrade or update in addition to the Software it is replacing and whose license has terminated).
Upgrades. From time to time, an upgrade to the latest version of the Client Software may be required in order to access and/or make transactions on BlackBerry App World through the Client Software.
