Participating Institutions definition

Participating Institutions means the hospitals, universities and research institutes that are also parties to this Agreement, either when this Agreement is originally signed or in the future by way of signing a joinder agreement in the form of Schedule A. The term Participating Institution may also refer to any other organization that has Raw Data or Processed Data that may from time to time be placed into Brain-CODE.

Examples of Participating Institutions in a sentence

  • Updates to existing records and new title records, matching the schedule of release and delivery of new publications, will be provided on a mutually agreed-upon schedule and in a format that renders them useful to the Licensee and/or the Participating Institutions.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, research conducted by the Participating Institutions and Authorized Users that is supported by a commercial entity shall not be considered use for commercial purposes.

  • Persons not affiliated with the Participating Institutions who are physically present at the Participating Institutions’ site(s) ("Walk-ins").

  • The change is effective by the delivery of the notice to the Licensee and the Participating Institutions.

  • This reservation will be effected, as the case may be, by means of an amendment to this Agreement based on the interest of Potential Participating Institutions mentioned in the preceding sentence to receive performance under this Agreement.


More Definitions of Participating Institutions

Participating Institutions means those institutions with which SABEN has concluded SABEN REN Service Agreements.
Participating Institutions or “creditors” means any –

Participating Institutions means collectively the agencies referred to under Parts 1.1, Part 1.2 and 1.3 of the Project, further listed in the POM, agreed between the Recipient and the Association and selected based on the eligibility criteria set forth in the POM.
