Additional Notice definition

Additional Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b).
Additional Notice means a notice provided by a non-exempt EDB before an intended interruption is due to commence that provides information on that intended interruption, where:

  • The Additional Notice Parties shall be given reasonable notice of and invited and permitted to attend any such meeting.

  • No defect in the Additional Notice nor any failure to give all or any portion of the Additional Notice shall in any manner defeat the effectiveness of a call for redemption if notice is given as prescribed in paragraph (a) above.

  • If no resolution is reached within 10 business days after delivery of such notice, the Claimant or the Opposing Party may, within 45 days after giving such notice, invoke the arbitration procedure provided herein by delivering to each Opposing Party and the Additional Notice Parties a Notice of Arbitration, which shall specify the Claim as to which arbitration is sought, the nature of the Claim, the basis for the Claim, and the nature and amount of any damages or other compensation or relief sought.

  • If Landlord does not cure such Abatement Event within five (5) business days of receipt of the Additional Notice, Tenant may, upon written notice to Landlord, immediately ▇▇▇▇▇ Rent payable under this Lease for that portion of the Premises rendered untenantable and not used by Tenant, for the period beginning on the date five (5) business days after the Initial Notice to the earlier of the date Landlord cures such Abatement Event or the date Tenant recommences the use of such portion of the Premises.

  • A party asserting a Claim (the "Claimant") shall deliver written notice to each party against whom the Claim is asserted (collectively, the "Opposing Party"), with a copy to the persons required to receive copies of notices under the Agreement (the "Additional Notice Parties"), specifying the nature of the Claim and requesting a meeting to resolve same.

  • If Landlord has not cured such Landlord Default within five (5) business days after the receipt of the Initial Notice (the "Eligibility Period"), Tenant may deliver an additional notice to Landlord (the "Additional Notice"), specifying such Landlord Default and Tenant's intention to ▇▇▇▇▇ the payment of Rent under this Lease.

  • In addition to the redemption notice required above, if there is not a Book-Entry System in effect for the Bonds, further notice (the "Additional Notice") shall be given by the Trustee as set out below.

  • The Agency shall bear the costs of Additional Notice to the Class and may, in its discretion, hire a third party to undertake all actions described in this section.
