TRAVEL TIME AND ALLOWANCE. 5.01 For the purpose of establishing travel time and mileage; there shall be a “Travel Free Zone” of forty- five (45) road kilometers from Victoria City Hall. All projects located within the travel free zone shall be exempt from travel allowances. Travel/Mileage shall be calculated by the most direct route by using google maps.

TRAVEL TIME AND ALLOWANCE. 5.01 When working outside the free travel zones (described in Article 6) the member and/or Apprentices shall report to the actual work site as directed by his Employer at 8:00 a.m. (or the beginning of his work day) and shall remain at the site of the actual work for his full work day, working eight (8) hours on the job or more if overtime in accordance with the Agreement is involved (or less in accordance with the Agreement when shift work is involved).
TRAVEL TIME AND ALLOWANCE. Living out allowance shall be paid on the basis of and effective May 1st, 2021, $150.00 per day, 7 days a week. Employees must work the Friday and the following Monday to qualify for 7 days of LOA, excluding a compressed work week and statutory holidays. Employees leaving for the weekend shall not receive any travel time compensation. Employees operating or as a passenger in a company owned vehicle leaving for the weekend shall only be paid LOA for days worked and travel per clause 5.02 shall apply.

TRAVEL TIME AND ALLOWANCE. The members are to be allowed traveling time for going to and from work when sent to jobs during working hours, when they shall receive pay for the time consumed. No transfer to be made during the lunch period. If an employee, except for one (1) supervisory employee, receives extra money such as travel pay or expense money for working away from home, then such money shall be considered as part of the regular scale and all other workers on the job shall be entitled to the same amount of pay.

  • Travel time allowance All employees shall be paid an allowance (See Appendix A) for each day on which they present themselves for work. The allowance shall also be paid for rostered days off.

  • Travelling Allowance Where an employee is required to attend or conduct a clinic away from their base hospital, or attend to employer business away from their base hospital, the employer shall, wherever possible, pay all accommodation and travel costs (i.e. the employee shall not be required to pay for such expenses and get reimbursed at a later date). Employees shall be entitled, with prior approval, to claim any actual and reasonable expenses incurred.

  • Mileage Allowance 1. The mileage allowance is forty-four cents ($.44) per mile, or the federal rate whichever is less.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Shoe Allowance Effective May I, 2002 the employer will provide reimbursement to full time employees who have completed probation and who are employed in the kitchen department once per year, the amount of $60.00 and once every two years the amount of$60.00 for maintenance, stores person, and banquet house person. Employees will receive said amount so long as the shoes are won on the job. Payment will be made on or about July I upon presentation of proof of purchase.

  • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.

  • Leading Hand Allowance A person specifically appointed, in writing, by the Company to be a leading hand will be paid for all- purposes, which will increase in line with wage escalations. Leading Hand Per Week In charge of not less than three (3) and not more than six (6) persons $30.00 In charge of more than six (6) and not more than ten (10) persons $38.00

  • Expense Allowance The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by him from time to time in the performance of his duties hereunder, against receipts therefor in accordance with the then effective policies and requirements of the Company.

  • First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.

  • Car Allowance The Executive will be paid a $1,000 per month car allowance during the term of this Agreement.
