If the theft occurs after normal security measurers are taken and substantiated through an official report, the technician will not be required to reimburse fifty percent of the cost of the replacement.

Tool Lists. The Supplier must keep a list of tools. The list must contain all tools/toolsets used to manufac- ture parts for Valeo with tool numbers, where available. Next to the individual tool positions are the ID numbers of the components manu- factured using the tool/toolset. This tool list must be provided to Valeo on request.
