Expense Allowance definition

Expense Allowance shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1.

  • Amounts due between the Parties for each Accounting Period in respect of Reinsurance Consideration, Reinsurance Benefits, Expense Allowance, the Modified Coinsurance Adjustment, and any other amounts due between the Parties, including adjustments for previously estimated items and preliminary settlements, shall be determined on a net basis, in each case as reported by the Ceding Company on the Accounting Report.

More Definitions of Expense Allowance

Expense Allowance means any sum paid to an employee by an employer which is a bona fide payment to meet an expense incurred or to be incurred by the employee wholly and exclusively in or for the purposes of the performance of the duties of his office or employment or in discharging functions authorised by the employer; and
Expense Allowance means an annualized per base policy expense allowance equal to the Reinsurer’s Quota Share multiplied by $42.50 for each Reinsured Policy payable on a monthly basis, which amount shall be increased (i) by 3% on the first anniversary date of the Effective Date and (ii) thereafter, by a compounded rate equal to the percentage increase, if any, in the employment cost index published by the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇ on each subsequent anniversary date of the Effective Date.
Expense Allowance means that portion of Tenant's Percentage of Operating Expenses as described in Paragraph 6 below which Landlord has included in Monthly Base Rent, which, or purposes of this Lease, will be an amount equal to Tenant's Percentage of Operating Expenses for the 2000 calendar base year.
