Trash/Recycling. Complete this only if this unit has four (4) dwelling units or less. Trash and recycling pickup for this unit is Daily, Dumpster Provided at most locations. City Code section 16-3H-9D provides that garbage receptacles can be brought to the curb after 3 p.m. the day before pickup and must be brought back to the property on the same day as collection. City Code section 16-3H-8 provides that owners shall supply approved containers and covers. Each unit can place up to two 35-gallon containers for pickup, and the containers must be stored (when not at the curb for collection) at an approved location (sideyard or backyard). Trash/Recycling. All trash shall be taken outside in heavy duty black trash bags (provided) and placed in trash bins in the open pole shed. All bottle recycling shall be placed in the bin located outside of the back Kitchen door.

Note: In neighborhoods where new “refuse carts” have been delivered, their use is required. Compliance with the collection and storage requirements for refuse carts is the same as any other solid waste container. Please place your trash in heavy-duty trash bags before putting it in the dumpster or trashcans. If your property has a dumpster, never block the dumpster with trash, old furniture, or vehicles; the truck can’t empty it if you do.
