Trash and Garbage. Garbage and refuse from the premises is to be placed in designated areas, inside the carts or dumpsters provided. No garbage cart, waste, refuse, supplies, or other articles should be left in the common areas. It is the policy of the City of Tuscaloosa, Environmental Services, all garbage carts be returned to the residence in the evenings after trash removal. If Landlord deems it necessary to clean-up trash on said premises - party trash, cigarette butts, bagged garbage, boxes, etc. including, but not limited to bagged trash not placed in dumpster or cart, the Tenant will be charged a $60 service charge if trash is not picked up by 9 a.m. the following day.
Trash and Garbage. Concessionaire will provide for timely and adequate sanitary handling and removal of all trash, garbage and other refuse caused as a result of Concessionaire's operations. Concessionaire agrees to provide and use suitable covered receptacles for all garbage, trash and other refuse in its Assigned Area. Piling of boxes, cartons, barrels or similar items shall not be permitted in a public area. Concessionaire shall maintain the Assigned Area in a neat, orderly and clean condition. Trash and Garbage. Concessionaire shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide a complete and proper arrangement for the adequate sanitary handling and disposal away from Airport of all trash, dry and wet garbage, and other refuse resulting from, or in any way associated with, Concessionaire’s use of the Assigned Premises. Concessionaire shall take appropriate action in the handling of waste materials to prevent the presence of rodents and other vermin. Such arrangements shall include, but not be limited to, the use of suitable covered metal receptacles at the Assigned Premises for the temporary storage of all such garbage, trash, and other refuse. Concessionaire shall keep all garbage materials in durable, fly-proof and rodent-proof, fireproof containers that are easily cleaned. The containers shall have tight-fitting lids, doors, or covers, and shall be kept tightly covered when material is not being deposited in them. Concessionaire shall clean the containers, as necessary, to prevent odors. Concessionaire shall not allow boxes, cartons, barrels, or other similar items to remain within view of public. Concessionaire shall not deposit any of its trash or other refuse in any containers except those designated for Concessionaire’s trash. The County may provide this service for a fee and reserves the right to direct Concessionaire’s route for garbage and other refuse removal. Concessionaire shall also be required to participate in any County recycling programs at the Airport.
Trash and Garbage. All trash and garbage shall be placed into dumpsters in locations designated by Landlord. Resident shall not place any trash on top of or beside the dumpster. Landlord reserves the right to impose reasonable fines for the violation of this provision as well as for littering by residents of the Community (including, not limited to, cigarette butts, beverage bottles/cans in common areas). No rubbish, garbage or debris of any kind shall be dumped, placed, or permitted to accumulate upon any portion of the Premises or the Community so as to render any portion unsanitary, unsightly, offensive or detrimental to other residents. Should Resident fail to keep the Premises and nearby breezeways or patios free from trash and garbage, Resident will be fined a $25.00 fee per bag for each day that the bag is left on a breezeway or patio. A $25 fee will also be charged for each day that Resident: • Leaves trash or garbage by any entrance, • Does not clean the Premises (including the parking lot) by 9:00 a.m. the day after a party, or • Does not clean Resident’s litter in and around the pool areas.
Trash and Garbage. The Friends agree to make a conscientious effort to minimize buying and bringing synthetic and high embodied energy materials onto said property. They agree to reuse, repair, and recycle all things to the greatest extent practical, and to compost all organic materials after use. If they do bring in things like food wrappers or plastic packaging, they will carry these out and appropriately dispose of them. The Friends agree always to clean up after themselves within and outside of buildings, including any “microtrash” such as small pieces of synthetic rope or string, rubber bands, or wrappers of various kinds, to the greatest extent practical while minimizing all traces of their activities. The Friends agree not to leave any old equipment or cars on the property.
