Waste. Borrower shall not commit or suffer any waste of the Property or make any change in the use of the Property which will in any way materially increase the risk of fire or other hazard arising out of the operation of the Property, or take any action that might invalidate or give cause for cancellation of any Policy, or do or permit to be done thereon anything that may in any way impair the value of the Property or the security of this Security Instrument. Borrower will not, without the prior written consent of Lender, permit any drilling or exploration for or extraction, removal, or production of any minerals from the surface or the subsurface of the Land, regardless of the depth thereof or the method of mining or extraction thereof.
Waste. The Developer agrees that at all times that it is in possession of the Project Site, it will not commit, suffer or permit any waste on the Project Site, and that it will not willfully or knowingly use or permit the use of the Project Site for any illegal purpose or act.
Waste. Borrower shall not commit or permit any Waste on any of the Properties, nor take any actions that might invalidate any insurance carried on any of the Properties (and Borrower shall promptly correct any such actions of which Borrower becomes aware).
Waste. Mortgagor shall not commit or permit any waste with respect to the Mortgaged Property.
Waste. Lessee shall not cause or permit any filling activity to occur in or on the Premises, except as approved by State. Lessee shall not deposit refuse, garbage, or other waste matter, or use, store, generate, process, transport, handle, release, or dispose of any hazardous substance or other pollutants, in or on the Premises except in accordance with all applicable laws. The term hazardous substance means any substance or material as those terms are now or are hereafter defined or regulated under any federal, state, or local law, including but not limited to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), 42 U.S.C. § 9601 et seq., as administered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or the Washington Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA), RCW 70.105D, as administered by the State Department of Ecology. Lessee shall immediately assume responsibility for a hazardous substance release (spill) caused by Lessee or its employees, sublessees, agents, assigns, authorized users, contractors, subcontractors, licensees, or invitees (“Permittees”) on or adjoining the Premises. Waste. The Tenant must not cut or prune any timber or other trees, or take, sell or carry away any mineral, gravel, sand, earth or clay without the written consent of the Council.
Waste. LESSEE shall be responsible for any damage that may be caused to LESSOR'S property by the activities of LESSEE, its employees, agents, contractors, and invitees under this Lease Agreement, and shall exercise reasonable care in the protection of all improvements, timber and other property of LESSOR which may be located on the Leased Premises or in the vicinity whereon, against fire or damage from any and all other causes. LESSEE, its employees, agents, contractors, and invitees shall exercise reasonable care in conducting the activities permitted under this Lease Agreement, and shall not, in any event, commit waste or allow waste to be committed.
Waste. The Purchaser agrees to complete all operations and performance as described in this Contract without waste or nuisance on the sale area or any other property of the Seller and use all reasonable care not to damage trees not designated or marked for cutting. Young growth bent or held down by felled trees shall be promptly released.
Waste. Buyer shall keep the property in good repair and shall not commit or suffer waste or willful damage to or destruction of the property. Buyer shall not remove fixtures without written consent of Sellers.
Waste. Borrower will not commit or permit any waste, impairment or deterioration of the Property or any material alteration, demolition or removal of any of the Property without Lender's prior consent which may be withheld in Lender's sole discretion.
