Waste. Borrower shall not commit or suffer any waste of the Property or make any change in the use of the Property which will in any way materially increase the risk of fire or other hazard arising out of the operation of the Property, or take any action that might invalidate or give cause for cancellation of any Policy, or do or permit to be done thereon anything that may in any way impair the value of the Property or the security of this Security Instrument. Borrower will not, without the prior written consent of Lender, permit any drilling or exploration for or extraction, removal, or production of any minerals from the surface or the subsurface of the Land, regardless of the depth thereof or the method of mining or extraction thereof.
Waste. The Developer agrees that at all times that it is in possession of the Project Site, it will not commit, suffer or permit any waste on the Project Site, and that it will not willfully or knowingly use or permit the use of the Project Site for any illegal purpose or act.
Waste. Borrower shall not commit or permit any Waste on any of the Properties, nor take any actions that might invalidate any insurance carried on any of the Properties (and Borrower shall promptly correct any such actions of which Borrower becomes aware).

Borrower shall not commit or suffer any physical waste of the Properties or make any change in the use of the Properties which will in any way materially increase the risk of fire or other hazard arising out of the operation of any Individual Property, or take any action that would reasonably be expected to invalidate or give cause for cancellation of any Policy, or do or permit to be done thereon anything that would reasonably be expected to in any way impair the value of any Individual Property or the security for the Loan. Borrower will not, without the prior written consent of Lender, permit any drilling or exploration for or extraction, removal, or production of any minerals from the surface or the subsurface of any Individual Property, regardless of the depth thereof or the method of mining or extraction thereof.

Borrower shall not commit or suffer any waste of the Property or, without first obtaining such additional insurance as may be necessary to cover a proposed change in use of the Property, make any change in the use of the Property which will in any way materially increase the risk of fire or other hazard arising out of the operation of the Property, or take any action that might invalidate or give cause for cancellation of any Policy, or do or permit to be done thereon anything that may in any way impair the value of the Property or the security of this Security Instrument. Borrower will not, without the prior written consent of Lender, permit any drilling or exploration for or extraction, removal, or production of any minerals from the surface or the subsurface of the Land, regardless of the depth thereof or the method of mining or extraction thereof.
Waste. Mortgagor shall not commit or permit any waste with respect to the Mortgaged Property.
Waste. Tenant shall not commit or allow any waste or damage to be committed in any portion of the Leased Premises or the Project.
Waste. The Purchaser agrees to complete all operations and performance as described in this Contract without waste or nuisance on the sale area or any other property of the Seller and use all reasonable care not to damage trees not designated or marked for cutting. Young growth bent or held down by felled trees shall be promptly released.
Waste. LESSEE shall be responsible for any damage that may be caused to LESSOR'S property by the activities of LESSEE, its employees, agents, contractors, and invitees under this Lease Agreement, and shall exercise reasonable care in the protection of all improvements, timber and other property of LESSOR which may be located on the Leased Premises or in the vicinity whereon, against fire or damage from any and all other causes. LESSEE, its employees, agents, contractors, and invitees shall exercise reasonable care in conducting the activities permitted under this Lease Agreement, and shall not, in any event, commit waste or allow waste to be committed.
