Recycling Requirements. The Contractor is required to recycle obsolete WIC Materials on an annual basis.

Recycling Requirements. Throughout the term of this Agreement, the Contractor shall deliver all recyclables collected in the Village to the facility designated by the Contractor. The COUNTY shall be responsible for payment of all necessary processing costs for Recyclables. No Recyclables shall be delivered to a landfill.
