Trash Service. Landlord will provide private trash service where permissible by the City of Bloomington. Trash Service. Residential trash should be bagged and set at the curb by 7am on your designated pick up day. Please note the attached map and collection information sheet for more details. There is a limit of 14 bags (33 gallon) per pick up day. Bulk trash pickups are available on Wednesdays only and can be requested by calling the City Hall offices at (000) 000-0000. Trash Service. 9.3.1 The Marina will provide trash service. The Dumpster at the Xxxxxxx Street Parking lot is the only authorized location to dispose of trash. Charges for this service are automatically assessed in the annual maintenance fee.
Trash Service. Landlord agrees to provide at its cost a suitable external trash receptacle and regularly scheduled external garbage pick-up sufficient to service Tenants in order to prevent the unsightly accumulation of trash and other debris. Tenant shall be responsible for trash collection charges that exceed a normal service minimum charge. Tenant will dispose of all hazardous waste according to local laws and ordinances.
Trash Service. The State requires all large events to have a solid waste recycling program. To fulfill this requirement the City provides both trash and recycling containers for all events. These containers must be clearly marked. Should a container be filled during an event, the renter is expected to change the bag so garbage does not overflow onto the floor. The City will properly dispose of all properly bagged trash with no charges against the deposit. Initials
Trash Service. Tenant shall keep any garbage, trash, rubbish or other refuse in rat-proof containers within the interior of the Premises and shall deposit such garbage, trash, rubbish and refuse, on a daily basis, in designated receptacles and/or compactors provided by Landlord. Landlord shall provide a trash removal service for the Shopping Center from designated receptacles and/or compactors, and, in each Rental Year, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord monthly, as Additional Rental, for all reasonable costs related to Landlord's service to remove trash from the Shopping Center, including the costs of maintaining, repairing and replacing the trash receptacles and compactors.
Trash Service. Tenant shall arrange for and pay for the collection and disposal of all Tenant waste, which is to be labeled and disposed of in accordance with all applicable law, regulations and the like, as well as rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time.
Trash Service. Carolina One Vacation Rentals offers a twice, weekly trash service year-round. Recycling service is offered twice, weekly from the time frame from Memorial Day through Labor Day and once, weekly recycling service all other times of year. Please DO NOT ROLL TRASH CARTS to curbside, as we provide this service. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding trash roll out times where fines are incurred to the property. Fines incurred from GUEST rolling trash bins to curbside at a property, will be the responsibility of the GUEST.
Trash Service. Landlord shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for trash collection and dumpster service for both the School and the Library, without contribution from Tenant. Landlord covenants and agrees, at its sole cost and expense, to comply with all present and future laws, orders and regulations of the federal, state, county, municipal and local governments, departments, commissions, agencies and boards regarding the collection, sorting, separation and recycling of trash.
Trash Service. Tenant’s shall secure and pay for trash and refuse services provided to the Premises throughout the Term of the Lease.
