Recycling Sample Clauses

Recycling. If this Agreement provides for the purchase or use of goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), this section is applicable with respect to those goods. Without limiting the foregoing, if this Agreement includes (i) document printing, (ii) parts cleaning, or (iii) janitorial and building maintenance services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible. Upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of PCC 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply.
Recycling. The Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the Public Contract Code Section 12200, in products, materials, Goods, or supplies offered or sold to the State regardless of whether the product meets the requirements of Section 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of Section 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply (PCC 12205).
Recycling. Without limiting the foregoing, Tenant covenants and agrees, at its sole cost and expense, to comply with all present and future laws, orders, and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the Building is located and of the federal, municipal, and local governments, departments, commissions, agencies and boards having jurisdiction over the Building to the extent that they or this Lease impose on Tenant duties and responsibilities regarding the collection, sorting, separation, and recycling of trash. Tenant shall pay all costs, expenses, fines, penalties, or damages that may be imposed on Landlord or Tenant by reason of Tenant's failure to comply with the provisions of this Section 12.D., and, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, shall indemnify, defend and hold Landlord harmless (including legal fees and expenses) from and against any actions, claims, and suits arising from such noncompliance, using counsel reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.
Recycling. To the maximum extent economically feasible in the performance of the Contract Contractor shall use recycled paper (as defined in ORS 279A.010(1)(gg)), recycled XXXX products (as defined in ORS 279A.010(1)(hh)), and other recycled plastic resin products and recycled products (as “recycled product” is defined in ORS 279A.010(1)(ii).
Recycling. (a) To the extent the Master Fund is authorized to retain or recall for reinvestment proceeds received by the Master Fund from the Underlying Funds, the Fund may retain or recall such amounts as the General Partner, in its sole discretion, deems necessary or desirable to facilitate such reinvestment (which may include the payment of fees or expenses of the Master Fund, as well as investment in Underlying Funds).
Recycling. The Tenant has been advised that the County of Onondaga has instituted mandatory recycling of trash effective July 1, 1990. Landlord will use all due diligence to comply with the law and establish guidelines and procedures for the Tenant to also comply with the said recycling law. Tenant acknowledges that it will be a material breach of the Lease if the Tenant fails to comply with the recycling law, and the procedures and guidelines set by the Landlord to fully comply with the said law. Tenant acknowledges that, upon the execution of this Lease, Landlord has provided Tenant with the said procedures and guidelines to fully comply with the law, and Tenant acknowledges that he will use all due diligence to comply with the recycling law.
