Recycling Sample Clauses

The Recycling clause establishes the obligations and procedures for handling recyclable materials generated during the course of a project or business operation. It typically specifies which materials must be separated for recycling, outlines the responsibilities of each party for collection and disposal, and may reference compliance with local recycling laws or standards.
