Contractor has no confidentiality obligation with respect to any Waste Materials or Recyclable Materials collected pursuant to this Contract.
The Waste Materials covered by this Agreement are those set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto, which are generated at City’s Site located at 000 Xxxxx Xx., Lake Wales, Fl. 33859 ("Site").
Customer grants to Company the exclusive right, and Company through itself and its Affiliates shall furnish equipment and services, to collect and dispose of and/or recycle (collectively, the “Services”) all of Customer's Waste Materials at Customer’s Service Address(es) listed on the attached Service Summary, subject to the terms and provisions contained herein (collectively, with the Service Summary, the “Agreement”).
For purposes of this Agreement, "Waste Materials" means all non-hazardous solid waste, organic waste, and if applicable, Recyclable Materials (as defined in Section 12) generated by Customer or at Customer's Service Address(es).
In all matters arising out of this Agreement in connection with the removal and disposal of Waste Materials including, but not limited to, the removal, transportation, storage, reclamation, treatment, recycling, or disposal of Waste Materials received by Disposer, the Disposer shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and requirements of all governmental authorities with respect to any permits, licenses, and approvals required for performance of this Agreement.
