Pool Areas definition

Pool Areas means the Association’s pool(s) and the area and property adjacent to, related to, or associated with the Association’s pool(s), including, but not limited to, the pool deck, pool furniture, doors, fences, gates, bathrooms, hot tubs, bathroom doors, showers, sinks, bathhouses, water fountains, entrances, equipment, handrails, slides, diving boards, pool safety ropes, doorknobs/door handles, noodles, hand dryers, pool toys, and any other fixtures, property or equipment located in or adjacent to the Pool Areas.
Pool Areas means the three (3) pool areas located within the Common Areas. There is one Pool Area appurtenant to and adjoining each phase (I, II and III) within the Jockey Club Complex. For purposes of this Agreement and the easements created hereunder and pursuant to this Agreement the term Pool Areas shall include each such pool, its pool deck, pool house, if any; and all appurtenances and appurtenant equipment thereto but not limited to pool circulation, filtering and hearing equipment and interconnecting piping. Attached hereto and marked Exhibit II is a sketch showing the location and limits of the Pool Areas.
Pool Areas. Shall have the meaning given to it in Section 10.1(l).
