Temporary Storage. At its sole discretion, Denver Water will allow Summit County entities to temporarily store additional water in Xxxxxx Reservoir on a space available basis.

Upon reasonable notice, WPC agrees to provide to CCC temporary well storage for PPmix and Naphtha during any periods of time that CCC may reasonably require for maintenance or workover on its xxxxx. CCC shall pay WPC a fee for such temporary storage equal to the spot short term commercial rate for storage.

If the Executive's household goods have been moved, and the Executive cannot obtain immediate possession of the Executive's new home, the Company shall pay fees for the storage of the Executive's household goods. Automobiles shall not be stored and must be delivered to the Executive at the new location. Further, the Company shall not have any liability or risk of loss with respect to such stored goods.

Any HHW that is not transported offsite will be stored in permitted storage areas at the County’s site with appropriate labeling to identify the contents, accumulation date and as otherwise required by DOT for shipment. Full containers will normally be removed from the collection site at the end of each operating day or as needed. All applicable Federal, State and local regulations will be strictly followed. Safety concerns, space demands, and County expense will also be taken into consideration.

If so requested by Lessor in writing not less than thirty (30) days prior to the Expiration Date, Lessee may, in its sole and absolute discretion agree that following the Expiration Date and re-delivery of the Aircraft and issuance of the Return Acceptance Certificate on the Expiration Date, Lessee will at Lessor's sole risk, cost and expense park and store the Aircraft on Lessor’s behalf and will maintain, store and insure the Aircraft in accordance with its "ground risk only" policy for up to thirty (30) days to assist Lessor with placing the Aircraft with the next operator. For the avoidance of doubt, the Term shall have ended and the Lessee shall have no obligations under this Agreement to pay Basic Rent or Supplemental Rent or any other amounts under this Agreement.
Temporary Storage. Upon execution of this Lease, Lessee shall have exclusive use of Suite 8 at 15679 N. 83rd Way for dead storaxx. Xxxx xxxxx xe $1,095.00 per month plus tax. It is understood that this suite does not provide electrical nor bathroom facilities and is to be used as storage. Upon execution hereof, Lessee shall pay $342.13 as rent for April 1996.
