Training of Owner’s Personnel. Delta-T shall provide the training described in Exhibit A. Except as provided otherwise in Exhibit A, Owner shall provide appropriate personnel, and Delta-T shall provide such training, at times mutually agreed by them, commencing prior to Commissioning in sufficient time to prepare Owner's employees to perform Commissioning and Startup and to perform their obligations with respect to the Performance Test.

Training of Owner’s Personnel. Xxxxxx Mechanical shall provide the training described in Exhibit A. Except as provided otherwise in Exhibit A, Owner shall provide appropriate personnel, and Xxxxxx Mechanical shall provide such training, at times mutually agreed by them.

Training of Owner’s Personnel. (a) Contractor shall provide the Owner’s personnel with up to two (2) days per Site of on-site operation and maintenance training. The Owner’s personnel will have the qualifications needed for the performance of their activities and will be hired by Owner. Contractor shall use its best efforts to enable the Owner’s personnel to take part in the Commissioning with the Contractor’s personnel, provided that the Owner’s personnel follows the instructions of Contractor, does not risk the safety of the tests and does not disturb Contractor’s or Subcontractor’s regular work.

Training of Owner’s Personnel. During the construction of the Plant, and at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to start-up and testing of the Plant in accordance with the terms hereof, Contractor shall provide a training program in operation and maintenance for Owners Plant personnel and the O&M Personnel. The training program provided by Contractor shall (i) include classroom and field training, (ii) include all manuals, Drawings, and other educational materials necessary or desirable for the adequate training of the O&M Personnel, and (iii) establish quality controls so that O&M Personnel are suitably trained and capable of operating and maintaining the Plant during start-up and testing and after Commercial Operation. Owner is responsible for providing qualified non- supervisory O&M Personnel who will normally staff the Facility for use by Contractor during the testing and start-up phases of operation of the Plant. Contractor will cooperate with Owner and the supervisory O&M Personnel in all respects, including reasonable scheduling of Operator's non-supervisory staffing requirements for the Facility. Contractor will direct and have complete responsibility for the activities performed by non- supervisory O&M personnel for start-up and testing activities. Contractor shall not use O&M Personnel for construction activities.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems. The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement. The Asset Representations Reviewer will maintain adequate staff that is properly trained to conduct Reviews as required by this Agreement.

  • Contractor If COUNTY elects to renegotiate this Agreement due to reduced or terminated 20 funding, CONTRACTOR shall not be obligated to accept the renegotiated terms.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Manager Personnel The Manager shall authorize and permit any of its directors, officers and employees who may be elected or appointed as Trustees or officers of the Trust to serve in the capacities in which they are elected or appointed.   • Contractor Responsibilities 19.1. Contractor shall perform national criminal history checks for Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky, and 10-panel drug screening tests on all prospective employees performing work under this RFP or coming onto a CMHA property and any resulting contract and provide summaries of the results to the Authority if requested. For the purposes of this section, the term “employees” includes contractor. Prospective employees whose criminal background check discloses a misdemeanor or felony involving crimes of moral turpitude, sexual offenses or harm to persons or property shall not be employed to perform work under this RFP or any resulting contract. Contractor is required to perform drug screening of all employees and to ensure acceptable test results. Criminal history and drug screening checks will be completed at the sole expense of the contractor. Any employee of the Contractor suspected of being under the influence of drugs and or alcohol will be reported to the appropriate personnel at CMHA and/or other local law enforcement. If the employee is determined to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol in any form or manner, or believed by proper authority to be dealing in illicit sale of alcohol or drugs they will be removed and shall not be allowed to return to any job site on the Authority’s property. The Contractor’s contract may be suspended and/or terminated should such a situation occur or if the Contractor fails to submit results pursuant to this section.

  • The Contractor A general contractor shall be retained by Tenant to construct the Improvements. Such general contractor (“Contractor”) shall be selected by Tenant from a list of general contractors supplied by Landlord, and Tenant shall deliver to Landlord notice of its selection of the Contractor upon such selection.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.
