O&M Personnel definition

O&M Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.12.
O&M Personnel means the Persons employed by the Contractor or the O&M Contractor for the performance of O&M Services.
O&M Personnel means those employees (including other maintenance staff) of the Operator hired for the performance of the Services and where applicable trained in accordance with the requirements prescribed under Schedule A (Operator’s Scope of Work).

More Definitions of O&M Personnel

O&M Personnel means either (i) employees of Owner or (ii) employees of any entity with which Owner enters into an operation and maintenance agreement, which are engaged by Owner to operate and maintain the Project.
O&M Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 3.22, Training of O&M Personnel, of Article III, CERTAIN OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CONTRACTOR
O&M Personnel means the personnel engaged by or through the Owner for the operation and maintenance of the Facility.
O&M Personnel means the Operator and/or the Operator’s employees and its independent subcontractors and their employees, agents, servants and subcontractors that are providing the Services in accordance with the Contract.

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Receiving Party Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 37(d).

  • Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;
