Contractor has. (1) prepared the conceptual drawings for the Project, and has been provided with all other documents, design conditions and other information relating to the Power Plant, in each case to the extent Contractor has deemed necessary in order for Contractor to assume its obligations under this Contract,
(2) inspected the real property on which the Power Plant shall be constructed, and
(3) performed or reviewed such other investigations, studies, and analyses (exclusive of subsurface conditions) which Contractor has determined to be necessary or prudent in connection with entering into this Contract.
Contractor has expressly guaranteed Van den Bosch to meet all requirements and obligations (direct or indirect) arising from the German Minimum Wage Laws (also known as Mindestlohngesetz, hereinafter: 'MiLoG ") which entered into force on January 1, 2015. If MiLoG is applicable, these obligations include - but are not limited to -:
