Design and Review of Training Program. Contractor shall design the training program (in accordance with the provisions of Exhibit 1) to be used for the training of Owner’s designated operating personnel in the requirements for the start-up, shut-down, operation and maintenance of, and safety, general process understanding and emergency procedures for, the Project and all of its sub-systems and shall submit such training program to Owner by no later than the date that is six (6) months prior to the scheduled Project Mechanical Completion Date, which shall include the Operating Manual and focus on the use of the Operating Manual by operating personnel. Owner will review, comment on, and approve or disapprove such program in writing within twenty-five (25) Days after such submission by Contractor. If Owner conditions its approval on reasonable changes in the program submitted by Contractor, Contractor will effect such changes at no additional cost to Owner and resubmit the program to Owner within ten (10) Days after Contractor receives Owner’s conditional approval. Owner will then have ten (10) Days after such resubmission to review, comment on the original comments, and approve or disapprove the program as resubmitted by Contractor. Such procedure shall continue with the same ten (10) Day time periods until a program is approved by Owner.

Design and Review of Training Program. Contractor shall design, and prepare a written narrative description of, the training program (in accordance with the provisions of Exhibit A) and the proposed written materials to be used in the training program and submit such description to Owner, for Owner’s review, by no later than the date that is three (3) months prior to the date the first of the Operating Personnel are scheduled to commence Work at the Site. Contractor shall train the Operating Personnel in accordance with the approved training program, and shall provide Owner with paper and electronic copies of the final versions of all materials used in the training program.

Owner will review, comment on, and approve or disapprove such program in writing within thirty (30) days after such submission by Contractor. If Owner conditions its approval on reasonable changes in the program submitted by Contractor, then Contractor will effect such changes at no additional cost to Owner and resubmit the program to Owner within ten (10) days after Contractor receives Owner’s conditional approval. If Owner fails to respond within the period specified above, Owner shall be deemed to have approved the program submitted by Contractor.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Training Plan Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Good Shepherd shall develop a written plan (Training Plan) that outlines the steps Good Shepherd will take to ensure that: (a) all Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding Good Shepherd’s CIA requirements and Compliance Program, including the Code of Conduct and (b) all Relevant Covered Persons receive adequate training regarding: (i) the Federal health care program requirements regarding eligibility for hospice services upon initial admission, recertification for continued stay, and for Continuous Care, Respite Care, and General Inpatient Care; (ii) the role of physicians in making eligibility determinations; (iii) the accurate coding and submission of claims; (iv) policies, procedures, and other requirements applicable to the documentation of medical records; (v) the personal obligation of each individual involved in the claims submission process to ensure that such claims are accurate; (vi) applicable reimbursement statutes, regulations, and program requirements and directives; (vii) the legal sanctions for violations of the Federal health care program requirements; and (viii) examples of proper and improper eligibility determinations, documentation, and claims submission practices. The Training Plan shall include information regarding the training topics, the categories of Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons required to attend each training session, the length of the training, the schedule for training, and the format of the training. Within 30 days of the OIG’s receipt of Good Shepherd’s Training Plan, OIG will notify Good Shepherd of any comments or objections to the Training Plan. Absent notification by the OIG that the Training Plan is unacceptable, Good Shepherd may implement its Training Plan. Good Shepherd shall furnish training to its Covered Persons and Relevant Covered Persons pursuant to the Training Plan during each Reporting Period.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Technical Training 3.1 Party A agrees hereby to provide the following training service to party B and its staffs:

  • Training and Support Licensor shall offer installation support to the Licensee and each of the Members, including assisting with the implementation of any Licensor software. Licensor will provide appropriate training to Licensee and Member staff relating to the use of the Licensed Materials and any Licensor software. Licensor will offer reasonable levels of continuing support to assist Licensee and Members in use of the Licensed Materials, including providing help files and other appropriate user documentation in connection with the use of and access to Licensed Materials. Licensor will, at a minimum, make its personnel available by email, telephone or via the Web, or in person during Licensor’s regular business hours, Monday through Friday, for training and user access support.
