Training and accreditation. Pharmacists participating in this scheme will be required to attend a mandatory annual training session. It is desirable that key members of pharmacy staff are also appropriately trained. It is the pharmacist’s responsibility to recommend and put forward relevant staff member(s) for training. Mandatory training is provided by WDP Cheshire West and Xxxxxxx for all community pharmacy staff involved in the provision of the service. This training informs on good practice, health and safety and other issues deemed appropriate. All community pharmacists providing the service should complete an appropriate distance learning pack from the Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education (CPPE). Pharmacists providing this service will be expected to participate in appropriate Continuing Professional Development in compliance with the criteria set out by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Training and accreditation. 6.1 Those GPs who have previously provided services similar to this service and who satisfy at appraisal and revalidation that they have such continuing medical experience, training and competence as is necessary to enable them to contract for the service and shall be deemed professionally qualified to do so.

  • Sickness and Accident Insurance During the term of this Agreement, the Employer shall pay the required premiums for each employee for sickness and accident insurance which will pay Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00) per week for a period of fifty-two (52) weeks. This benefit shall be payable from the thirty-first (31st) day of disability due to illness or injury.

  • SAFETY AND ACCIDENT PREVENTION In performing work under this Contract on State premises, Contractor shall conform to any specific safety requirements contained in the Contract or as required by law or regulation. Contractor shall take any additional precautions as the State may reasonably require for safety and accident prevention purposes. Any violation of such rules and requirements, unless promptly corrected, shall be grounds for termination of this Contract in accordance with the default provisions hereof.

Benefits shall not be provided to part-time employees except as required by law; provided that Colleges that decide to provide benefits to part-time employees will discuss that issue with the MCCC prior to implementation; provided further that any part-time employee currently receiving benefits shall not lose those benefits.
