Testing and Commissioning means inspection, testing, and start-up of the CLSE, including all Equipment, components, systems and sub-systems, for the purpose of verifying the performance of the CLSE and confirming that the CLSE complies with the Design and Construction Requirements and “Test and Commission” and “Tested and Commissioned” shall have corresponding meanings.
