Timely Warning. The Administrative Officer will conduct an initial assessment of the reported conduct. The Administrative Officer is legally obligated to notify law enforcement of certain crimes, including sexual assault, where the victim is a minor or there is an immediate threat to the health and/or safety of the campus community. Generally, Complainant and Respondent’s names and identities will not be disclosed to DPS without Complainant’s permission. If a report discloses serious or immediate threat to the campus community, Xxxxxx will issue a timely notification to the community to protect the health or safety of the community. The timely notification will not include any identifying information about the Complainant.

Timely Warning. The third and fourth paragraph shall be supplemented as follows: If the Contractor, no later than 10 days from the moment when the Contractor has become aware of or should have become aware of the event or circumstances has not submitted the notification of request, the Contractor shall lose the right to claim for an extension of the Performance time and/or additional payment, and the Customer shall be exempt from any responsibility in relation to such claim. If the situation occurs, when the Technological Interruption is or will be necessary, the Contractor shall submit the Customer the information about restrictions defined by the manufacturer in the performance of construction works with regard to technological metrological/climatic conditions or any other restrictive circumstances, as well as certification about the actual technological metrological/climatic or other circumstances during the relevant period of time, when it is not possible to continue the performance of the relevant construction works.
Timely Warning. The Union University Office of Safety and Security is responsible for preparing and issuing immediate emergency response and evacuation procedures. University personnel will make the decision of whether to issue a timely warning on a case-by-case basis. Information for timely warnings may also come from other local emergency service agencies. If there are three or fewer people needing to go to or from the Memphis airport, students can split the cost of the cab.   • Timely and Sustained Response Interconnection Customer shall ensure that the Small Generating Facility’s real power response to sustained frequency deviations outside of the deadband setting is automatically provided and shall begin immediately after frequency deviates outside of the deadband, and to the extent the Small Generating Facility has operating capability in the direction needed to correct the frequency deviation. Interconnection Customer shall not block or otherwise inhibit the ability of the governor or equivalent controls to respond and shall ensure that the response is not inhibited, except under certain operational constraints including, but not limited to, ambient temperature limitations, physical energy limitations, outages of mechanical equipment, or regulatory requirements. The Small Generating Facility shall sustain the real power response at least until system frequency returns to a value within the deadband setting of the governor or equivalent controls. An Applicable Reliability Standard with equivalent or more stringent requirements shall supersede the above requirements.

  • CODES AND REGULATIONS The Contractor shall strictly comply with all Federal, State and local codes and regulations.

  • Applicable Laws and Regulations All duly promulgated applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or judicial or administrative orders, permits and other duly authorized actions of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the relevant parties, their respective facilities, and/or the respective services they provide.

  • Child Safety Never leave a child unsupervised near a pool, not even for a second. During social gatherings at or near the pool, appoint a designated adult to protect young children from pool accidents. Children must be watched closely while swimming. Do not use floatation devices as a substitute for supervision. Toys can entice young children into the pool area. When not in use, clear the pool area of all toys.

  • Health Requirements This is an active trip that requires you to make a realistic assessment of your health. To enjoy the trips as intended, a minimum level of fitness is required. All Participants are expected to be in active good health, to be comfortable traveling as part of a group, and to be ready to experience cultural differences with grace. Air Journey will require prior notice if any participant has any physical or other condition or disability that would prevent them from participating in active elements of any trip and/or could create a hazard to him or herself or to other members of the group. Air Journey may require guests to produce a doctor’s certificate certifying that they are fit to participate. Any physical condition requiring special attention, diet, or treatment should be reported in writing when the reservation is made. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate Participants with special needs; however, we cannot accommodate wheelchairs. . Walking and climbing stairs are required in many hotels and airports, and are part of many excursions. If you require a slower pace, extra assistance, or the use of a cane or walking stick, arrangements will be made for private touring at each destination, if necessary, at the discretion of our Journey staff. Any extra cost for such arrangements will be the responsibility of the Participant. If you would like to forego some of the scheduled sightseeing to rejuvenate and relax, please feel free to do so at any time. Acting reasonably, if Air Journey is unable to properly accommodate the need of the person(s) concerned or believes that health and safety may be compromised, Air Journey reserves the right to refuse participation. Air Journey also reserves the right to remove from the trip, at the participant’s own expense, anyone whose physical condition or conduct negatively impacts the enjoyment of the other guests or disrupts the tour. Malaria and other diseases may be present in some of the countries featured in this itinerary; proof of yellow fever inoculation may be required. For the latest recommendations on specific health precautions for the areas you will visit, consult your physician and the Centers for Disease Control. The participant represents that neither he nor she nor anyone traveling with him or her has any physical or other condition or disability that could create a hazard to himself or herself or other members of the tour. Itinerary Changes The itinerary and Journey leaders are subject to modification and change by Air Journey. Every reasonable effort will be made to operate the Journey as planned; however, should unforeseen world events and conditions require our itinerary to be altered, Air Journey reserves the right to do so for the safety and best interest of the group without prior notification or consultation. The operation of these flights is subject to the foreign governments involved granting landing rights for the flight. If the air carrier cannot obtain these rights for any particular flight leg of the Journey, that flight leg will be canceled and alternative arrangements may be made, at the discretion of Air Journey. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued.

  • Testing/Trouble Reporting 1.15.1 TWTC will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on Network Elements. TWTC must test and isolate trouble to the AT&T network before reporting the trouble to the Network Elements Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from AT&T at the time of the trouble report, TWTC will be required to provide the results of the TWTC test which indicate a problem on the AT&T network.   • Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 Think 12 will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. Think 12 must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non- designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Think 12 will be required to provide the results of the Think 12 test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.

  • Product Safety Seller must maintain the state of the product so that it is able to perform to its designed or intended purpose without causing unacceptable risk of harm to a person or damage to property.
