Performance Time definition

Performance Time means the length of time allowed for the execution of the Work, including any authorized time extensions. Performance time shall include all lead times for materials, submittal preparation and other administrative matters outside of bond issuance.
Performance Time means the time by which all Works must be completed, commissioned [if applicable]13 and handed over to the Customer. The Performance Time may only be amended in the cases determined in the Contract and on the basis of written agreement between the Parties. Performance Time means the performance time of the Works or their Stages (depending on the situation) specified in the Annex to the Bid, by which all Works or Stages must be completed, put into operation (if the Works or Stages must be put into operation in accordance with regulatory enactments) and handed over to the Customer. The Performance Time may only be amended on the basis of written agreement between the Parties (i.e., even if the Engineer approves any claim of the Contractor regarding extension of the Performance Time, such extension shall be recorded in the form of a written agreement in order to be in force).   • Performance Date means December 31, 2025. If the Locality, in consultation with VEDP, deems that good faith and reasonable efforts have been made and are being made by the Company to achieve the Targets, on or before the Performance Date the Locality may request an extension of the Performance Date by up to 15 months.   • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.

  • Performance Unit Award means an award of Performance Units under this Plan.

  • Performance Share Unit or “PSU” means a unit equivalent in value to a Share, credited by means of a bookkeeping entry in the books of the Corporation in accordance with Article 6;
