Time Off For Committee Meetings. Any representative of the Collective Bargaining Committee or Labour/Management Committee shall have the right to attend Collective Bargaining meetings or Labour/Management meetings held with management within working hours. Such leave shall be without loss of pay and or benefits and or seniority up to and including arbitration concerning renewal of this agreement.

Time Off For Committee Meetings. Union members on Board or joint committees, with the approval of the supervisor, will be permitted during working hours, without loss of pay, to leave regular duties to attend to committee duties. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Time Off For Committee Meetings. A representative of the Local on the Bargaining Committee, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall attend committee meetings held within the Employee’s regular working hours without loss of remuneration. All lost time shall be interpreted as the Employee’s normal scheduled working hours for which the Employee shall be compensated at his or her regular rate of pay for such time spent during negotiations with representatives of the Employer.

  • Committee Meetings Subject to Article 19.3(1) and unless the directors otherwise provide in the resolution appointing the committee or in any subsequent resolution, with respect to a committee appointed under Articles 19.1 or 19.2:

  • Union/Management Meetings ‌ The Union Committee and the Senior Union Official of the Union, or her/his representative, shall, as occasion warrants, meet with the Committee on Labour Relations for the purpose of discussing and negotiating a speedy settlement of any grievance or dispute arising between the Employer and the employee concerned, including possible re-negotiations relative to this Agreement and the Schedules which are a part hereof. However, except for renegotiations of Agreements, these matters shall be introduced to such meetings only after the established grievance procedure has been followed. Grievances of a general nature may be initiated by a member of the Union Committee in step two of the grievance procedure outlined in Article 9.04.

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.
