No Other Agreements. No Employee(s) shall be required or permitted to make any written or verbal agreement with the Employer or its representatives, which conflict with the terms of this Agreement.
No Other Agreements. This Investment Agreement and the Exhibits attached hereto are the only agreements between us.
No Other Agreements. The Financial Institution has not entered into an agreement relating to a Collateral Account in which it has agreed to comply with “entitlement orders” (as defined in Section 8-102(a)(8) of the UCC) or “instructions” (within the meaning of Section 9-104 of the UCC) of any Person other than the Secured Party.
No Other Agreements. No employee shall be required or permitted to make any written or verbal agreement with the Hospital or its representative(s) which conflicts with the terms of this agreement. No individual employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the union at meetings with the Hospital without proper authorization from the union.
No Other Agreements. The Securities Intermediary has not entered into, and prior to the termination of the Pledge will not enter into, any agreement with any other Person relating to the Collateral Account or any financial assets credited thereto, including, without limitation, any agreement to comply with entitlement orders of any Person other than the Collateral Agent.
No Other Agreements. The Company has not, directly or indirectly, made any agreements with any Buyers relating to the terms or conditions of the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents except as set forth in the Transaction Documents.
No Other Agreements. This instrument contains the entire agreement of the parties pertaining to the employment of Employee by the Company. The parties have not made any agreements or representations, oral or otherwise, express or implied, pertaining to the employment of Employee by the Company other than those specifically included in this Employee Agreement.
No Other Agreements. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and there are and will be no oral representations which will be binding upon any of the parties hereto.
No Other Agreements. This Investment Agreement, the LLC Agreement, and the Shares are the only agreements between us.

No individual employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Corporation without proper written authorization from the Union.
