The Construction Team. The Construction Manager, the Owner, and the Architect (the “Construction Team”) will work as a team through the completion of pre-construction and construction services. The Construction Manager shall provide leadership to the Construction Team on all matters relating to preconstruction and construction. The Architect will provide leadership to the Construction Team on all matters relating to design.
The Construction Team. The Construction Manager, the Owner or the Owners Project Representative and the Architect- Engineer, called the "Construction Team", shall work jointly during design and through final construction completion and shall be available thereafter should additional services be required. The Architect- Engineer will provide leadership during the design phase with support from the Construction Manager and the Construction Manager shall provide leadership to the Construction Team on all matters relating to construction. The specific representatives of the Construction Team are shown in the completed Exhibit D of the Request for Proposal Document.
The Construction Team. The Construction Manager, the Owner, or designated representative “Insert name of PM here if applicable” and the Architect/Engineer called the "Construction Team" will work from a Notice to Proceed from the Owner through construction completion. The Construction Manager will provide leadership to the Construction Team on all matters relating to construction.
The Construction Team. The CM, the Owner, and the Design Professional (the "Construction Team") will work as a team throughout the preconstruction phase. The CM shall provide leadership to the Construction Team on all matters relating to construction. The Design Professional will provide leadership to the Construction Team on all matters relating to design. Notwithstanding the above, the Owner shall make all final decisions regarding matters relating to the Project.

Extent of Agreement - This Agreement supersedes any prior negotiations, representations or agreements. The RFQ, ITB, bid, qualification proposal, addenda, attachments, exhibits, Contract form, approved change orders, and any subsequent performance bonds, and corresponding Purchase Order(s) shall constitute the contract documents (“Contract Documents”) between the parties. When drawings, specifications and other descriptive documents defining the work to be included under an Activation or Construction Authorization are complete, they shall be identified in a Project Activation or Construction Authorization issued by the Owner. This Agreement is complementary to the drawings and specifications, Activations, Construction Authorizations, and Purchase Orders and represents the entire agreement between the Owner and the Construction Manager.

The Contractor, the Owner, the Owner’s Representative who must be approved by Contractor, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, and the Architect/Engineer called the “Construction Team” shall work from the beginning of design through construction completion. The Xxx Xxxxxxx Company shall act in the capacity of the Contractor and the Architect/Engineer, and subsequent references to Architect/Engineer in the Agreement shall mean the Xxx Xxxxxxx Company.
The Construction Team. The CM/GC, the Owner, and the Landscape Architect, collectively referred to as the “Construction Team,” shall work from the beginning of design through construction completion. The CM/GC shall provide leadership to the Construction Team on all matters relating to construction.
