Final Construction Completion definition

Final Construction Completion. Final Project Completion" "Mechanical Completion", (as such terms are defined in the Construction Contracts) of the Project under the Construction Contracts or declare that the "Acceptance Date" has occurred or approve the successful completion of the "Acceptance Tests" (as such terms are defined in the Construction Contracts) without the written approval of Agent, which approval, if given, shall not be unreasonably delayed, acting in consultation with the Independent Engineer.

  • Final Construction Completion of the Work shall be achieved not later than THIRTY (30) calendar days following the date of achievement of the Substantial Completion.
