• From and after Final Construction Completion, the Project will not endanger public health or the environment, and will conform with all applicable zoning, building, health, fire and environmental rules, regulations, ordinances or requirements of all governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project.

• As a condition precedent to Final Construction Completion, the Design-Builder shall have delivered to the Owner a signed certificate in the form attached hereto as Exhibit L-3.

• Acceptance of the Change Order and any adjustment in the GMP, the estimated Cost of the Work, the Design-Builder's Fee and/or the Date of Substantial Construction Completion and/or the Date of Final Construction Completion shall not be unreasonably withheld.

• The final computer generated “As-built” Schedule report and network diagram shall be submitted to the Owner within fifteen (15) calendar days after issuance of the Final Construction Completion Certificate by the Designer.
