TEACHER-ADMINISTRATION LIAISON. A. The teachers from each school shall select a liaison committee from each school building which shall meet with the principal and other members of the staff at least once every two months, except when postponed or canceled by mutual agreement, for the duration of the school year to review and discuss building problems and practices, and to play an active advisory role in the revision and development of building policies. Areas for consideration shall include, but not be limited to, such matters as curriculum, textbooks, distribution of materials and supplies, discipline and parental visitation. Said committee shall consist of not more than one (1) member for every ten (10) teachers in the school building, but shall in no event be less than three (3) members.

A Liaison Committee, consisting of two (2) to four (4) teachers, shall be elected each year by the faculty of each building to meet and confer with the principal on matters of building concern. The election shall be con- ducted by the Association Head Building Representative by October 1 of each year.

TEACHER-ADMINISTRATION LIAISON. The Council shall maintain the right to select a liaison committee for each school building, which may request and will be granted a meeting with the building principal at least once a month for the duration of the school year to review and discuss local school problems and practices; and be involved in the revision or development of building policies. Said committee shall consist of not more than one (1) member for every seven (7) teachers in the school building, with a minimum of two (2) members from each building, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the building administrator and his/her faculty.
TEACHER-ADMINISTRATION LIAISON. An Association committee of elementary teachers shall meet at a time mutually agreeable each month with the elementary principal during the school year to review and discuss current school problems and practices. An Association committee of high school teachers shall meet at a time mutually agreeable each month with the high school principal during the school year to review and discuss current school problems and practices. Such meetings may be canceled or adjourned by mutual consent.
TEACHER-ADMINISTRATION LIAISON. Section 1. The Board of Education and the Association agree that monthly faculty meetings within each school should enable teachers to talk about their concerns and problems and to participate in decisions affecting their own welfare and education of the children in the classrooms. Areas of concern shall include, but not be limited to: curriculum, instructional materials, personnel practices, promotions and extra curricular activities. To carry out this idea, the agenda for faculty meetings should reflect what is uppermost in the mind of the teachers. It is agreed that a faculty council elected by the entire staff should be the vehicle for transmitting in a viable agenda, worked out in advance during the school day, the ideas and feelings of teachers to the principal in each school.
